You can easily rent a unit online, over the phone, or in person during office hours. To rent online, go to "Unit Sizes & Prices" or click on any Rent Now/Reserve Now button, select your desired unit size, and click the "Select This Unit" button. Choose your move-in date, and follow the prompts to enter your information and pay. After payment, you'll e-sign the rental agreement. Your gate code and assigned storage unit will be detailed on the first page of the agreement. The gate code will be activated on your move-in day. The facility manager will review and sign the agreement, sending you a fully executed copy and your move-in ledger via email. You don’t need to wait for this final confirmation before moving in.

You will need to provide your full name, address, mobile number, and email address. For business rentals, you’ll also need to include your business name.

Your gate code and unit number will be at the top of page one of your rental agreement. You will also receive an email confirmation.

No, all rentals are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.

Yes, you are required to give a 15-day notice before the end of the month if you wish to vacate. You can send your notice via email to brown.chris@proequity.com, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, unit number, and your move-out date.

Late Fee: $10 (charged on the 6th if rent isn’t paid)
Certificate of Mailing Fee: $5 (charged on the 22nd for overdue rent)
Lock Removal Fee: $10 (after 31 days of non-payment)
Auction Scheduling Fee: $50 (after 33 days of overdue rent)

Yes, a disc lock is recommended for your unit. Only one lock is permitted per storage door.

You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, hazardous materials, perishables, or animals. Please contact us for any specific inquiries.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online and phone payments. You can also pay via check or money order through the mail or at our onsite drop box. Cash is not accepted.
